Description We are offering an opportunity for a SR. Quality Assurance Analyst with expertise in Automated Testing and API Test to join our team based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving product quality through comprehensive automated and API testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, identify and address product defects, and ensure our final product meets the highest quality standards.Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and execute automated test scripts to meet software release deliverables and project requirements Implement API tests to optimize performance across various software applications Identify and clearly document software defects, providing actionable feedback for resolution Collaborate with the development team to understand upcoming product changes and facilitate defect resolution Act as the quality gatekeeper, effectively evaluating and reporting on test status to inform key business decisions Mentor junior QA team members, enhancing their skills and supporting project goals Stay updated with industry best practices and innovations to drive continuous quality improvement Use your skills in Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Integration Testing, Jenkins, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Call Center Customer Service, and Customer Service to excel in this role. Requirements Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance Analyst role, with a focus on Automated Testing and API Test. Demonstrated experience with Android Development. Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking. Strong understanding of Integration Testing methodologies. Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration. Proven track record in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies. Exceptional skills in Auditing and quality control. Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently. Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
